Omega 950™ EE provides an ultra-pure, molecularly distilled, natural lipid concentrate sourced form fish caught in cold, deep sea water. Ethyl Esters (EE) are fatty acids that are cleaved from their glycerol backbone then linked with a molecule of ethanol. Converting TGs to EEs is necessary to produce fish oil concentrates.
