Ethyl Esters (EE) are fatty acids that are cleaved from their glycerol backbone then linked with a molecule of ethanol. Converting TGs to EEs is necessary to produce fish oil concentrates. This formula is molecularly distilled and is independently verified to ensure potency and purity according to the highest worldwide standards.
