  • Designing and managing product labels

Digital Print Operator


We are a locally owned business currently looking for someone who possesses a strong ability to multi-task, work effectively in a team environment or alone, show excellent attention to detail, and can also work independently.

Job Description: In-house Print Shop Operator responsible for producing printed materials on a digital printer. Job includes responsibilities related to the entire workflow of printed materials from start to finish including, collating, binding and UV coating (training provided).

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedules print jobs

  • Arranges and adjusts print settings prior to printing

  • Monitors the quality of printed materials

  • Schedules printing output according to trade show deadlines


  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Quality Control Administrative Assistant


Job Description: We are a nutrition manufacturing company seeking a full-time, in-office QC Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include performing diversified administrative functions directly related to the management of general business operations. Reports to Quality Director and is involved with the daily activities of the Quality Control department and internal auditing for FDA regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document review and internal auditing

  • Proofreading/copy editing

  • Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software


  • Desirable characteristics include proficiency in typing, English, office procedures, and written and verbal communications. Accounting skills preferred. Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and suppliers. Must have a minimum of four years of experience in a business office environment. Must be able to follow directions and perform work according to department standards when no directions are given. Must be able to multi-task. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency required. Database programming a plus. FDA/NSF regulatory knowledge a plus. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Copy Editor/Proofreader


Job Description: Seeking copy editor and proofreader for a nutrition manufacturing company. Attention to detail is a must. Strong proofreading skills required. Position involves creating detailed records and proofing product labels and literature. Background in nutrition and experience with dietary supplements a plus. This is an in-house position only.
