Return Policy

All returns must be authorized. A 15% restocking fee will be charged, if applicable. No returns will be accepted after sixty (60) days. All formulas returned must be available to resell. Merchandise may not be returned if it has been opened, damaged, or price marked. Refrigerated merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable. DAMAGED or OPENED boxes must be reported to NuMedica® IMMEDIATELY after being delivered. Please take PICTURES of the damaged box, preferably while delivery driver is still there. Pictures should include contents in the box, any damaged or broken products, interior of the original box, packing material, shipping label with the tracking number and dimensions of the box (found on the bottom of the box). SHORTAGES in undamaged or unopened boxes must be reported within 5 business days. NuMedica® will immediately start an investigation to resolve the shortage as soon as possible.
